I’m Hale Reshat, a certified Psychospiritual and Multidisciplinary Therapist. I’ve trained extensively in numerous schools, programs, and workshops, learning from incredible teachers along the way. Yet, my greatest teacher has always been life itself.
I specialise in helping clients uncover life’s deeper dreams for themselves. My holistic approach weaves together shamanic practices, trauma healing, breathwork, and hypnotherapy to support profound shifts in emotional and physical wellbeing
I have been accredited by the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) training program where I met the high standards set by the CMA for excellence in complementary and alternative medicine (CAM). The CMA is a professional organisation that promotes the advancement of complementary therapies and ensures practitioners adhere to ethical and professional guidelines.
My approach is deeply unique, offering a fully integrative process that nurtures both body and mind. Over the last 15 years, I’ve immersed myself in studying, apprenticing, and living through transformative work from diverse cultures around the world.
Through this journey, I’ve come to understand that true healing at its core requires us to be ready to blend many modalities and teachings – bringing together ancient wisdom and the discoveries of the future. My method reflects the embodiment of this fusion, creating a path that honours all these powerful influences.
